Factoring Special Cases
Today, we learned about recognizing special cases that follow particular factoring rules. First, we looked at the Difference of Two Squares pattern, which can be applied to certain binomials. Next, we looked at the Perfect Square Trinomial Pattern. Lastly, we revisited the ideas of stating trinomials in standard order and factoring out common factors (either before you begin factoring or at the end).
