Pi Day, 2013

To celebrate π day, students measured the radius and diameter of cookies, and then calculated the circumference and area of the cookie. Afterwards, students completed a variety of review problems, helping them prepare for next week's test. Tonight's list of homework seems very long, but students had 40 minutes of class time to complete it, and most students were able to complete 3 out of 4 of the assignments.

Tonight's Homework: Complete the Pi Day, 2013 worksheet. Complete the Dimes and Nickels worksheet. Complete Zap It 2 worksheet. Do ACE 3 ( 32 - 39 ).
