Real Life Applications for Systems of Equations

Today, we looked at a variety of situations where a person could use a system of equations to solve a problem. Specifically, we looked at boats traveling with and against the current, trains leaving a station simultaneously, income and expense equations, plant growth rates, and carpeting a room with materials from different stores.
